I am the principal photographer at Amazing Day Photography. My mother always says that I was born with a camera in my hand. I love being able to capture the most memorable moments of my amazing clients’ lives. My goal is to always capture my clients’ real moments by just allowing them to be themselves. Whether it is the excitement of an engagement session or the emotion of a couple's wedding day, the joy of photographing a client's newborn child, or just capturing the fun during a family session, I look forward to being there to be trusted with your memories!

I have more than 10 years of experience and have photographed over 100 weddings. I find my favourite part of a wedding day is the moment right after the bride and groom sign their marriage certificate, as this is their first moment together as husband and wife where they can speak to each other.

When I’m not behind the lens you can find me out hiking with my two black labs, named Madison and Buddy, and my husband John. One of our favourite spots is Buntzen Lake. I love to travel and once flew to Venice, Italy by myself to “fine tune” my photography skills. I spent 5.5 days photographing everything I could and brought home over 5000 images of the floating city. I love music (especially country music) and always sing along in the car, no matter how out of tune I am!

I am the assistant and administration side of Amazing Day Photography. I have been Morgan’s right hand woman for the past 8 years and LOVE my job.

Our clients entrust us with the important role of capturing their pivotal life moments for them, thus allowing us to experience those exciting times with them. We’ve been there for the first kiss as husband and wife, to dancing the night away with friends, families reuniting, and the incredible moment of a new life joining the world. Our job is all about preserving these memories for our incredible clients!

Whether I’m writing contracts, hauling gear to a shoot, searching out the next perfect location, or setting up lighting, it’s always fun, laughter and smiles.

When not at a shoot, you can find me spending quality time with my husband and daughter. We are avid campers and enjoys finding new places within our beautiful province to explore. I am an active volunteer at my daughter’s school as well as a leader for her Sparks group. At home I can regularly be found in my kitchen whipping up a batch of my delicious “to-die-for” double chocolate chip cookies, or curled up with a book in one hand and a cup of Earl Grey tea in the other.
